FAQ

Common questions about rubber product inquiries, material selection, drawing-based customization, technical specifications and operating condition confirmation.

What rubber products can Rubber Engineering Hub support?

The platform covers rubber tracks, rubber sheets, rubber hoses, sealing strips, rubber fenders, vibration control parts, silicone products, polyurethane products and custom rubber components. Product and technical support is provided by Nanjing Yuhang Rubber Co., Ltd.

Can I send an inquiry if I am not sure which rubber material to use?

Yes. Please provide the contact medium, working temperature, pressure or load, dimensions, quantity, installation position and operating environment. We can provide preliminary material suggestions based on NBR, EPDM, FKM, silicone, PU and other rubber material properties.

Can drawings or samples be used for custom rubber parts?

Yes. For custom seals, molded rubber parts, rubber sheet cutting, hose assemblies and gasket products, drawings or samples help confirm structure, tolerance, processing method and material requirements more accurately.

Are the technical parameters on product pages fixed specifications?

Product page parameters are used for early selection and application review. Final specifications usually need to be confirmed by drawings, samples, medium, temperature, hardness, color, quantity and installation method. The final supply standard should follow the confirmed technical document.

What information is needed for a custom rubber product inquiry?

Useful information includes product purpose, working environment, medium, temperature range, dimensional drawing, hardness, color, quantity, tooling requirement and target equipment. The more complete the information, the more efficient the material selection and quotation process.

How do I judge whether a rubber material is suitable for my application?

Material suitability should be evaluated by oil resistance, aging resistance, temperature range, abrasion resistance, chemical compatibility, compression set, dynamic fatigue and cost. A single property does not represent final product performance, so critical applications should be verified by sample testing or trial installation.
